ISVs need to ensure that all of their brands sign the WhatsApp end-client agreement: https://zendesk.com/isv/fbendclientagreement/
📌 Important: once the client has signed the end-client agreement, they need to download it as the ISV will have to send it as an attachment when they request the WhatsApp Business API integration.
The Zendesk Sunshine Conversations Team will not provide the activation link if the end-client agreement is not signed and attached to the request.
Note: this is a Meta legal requirement and this is non-negotiable.
Good to know:
One Meta Business Manager id = one WhatsApp Business Account = one signature.
=> this means that if a customer wants to connect several phone numbers under the same WhatsApp Business Account, they'll only need to sign the End Client Agreement once.
