06/01/2023 - Updates to conversation-based pricing

Meta will be making some changes to their WhatsApp pricing effective June 1, 2023.

Note that by 2nd April, Meta will assign categories to all your existing Templates. You will then be able to download these via your Sunshine Conversations dashboard to check the categories. If you'd like to appeal any of the categorization, then you can raise a ticket with our Advocacy team at [e-mail] and they will escalate this to Meta on your behalf.
